Terms and Conditions

Cancellation is free of charge until 7 days before arrival.
Within 7 days of arrival, with a late arrival or early departure, the full booking amount is charged.

We charge the full rate with late arrivals and early departures.
For cancellation within 7 days of arrival we charge 90% of the total cost.
For cancellation between 30 and 8 days before arrival we charge 70% of the total cost.
For cancellation between 90 and 31 days before arrival the 50% deposit shall be retained as the cancellation fee.
COVID-19. If a COVID-19 travel ban for the St. Anton am Arlberg region prevents you from your skiing holiday, we will fully refund your booking deposit.

To secure your reservation we kindly request a 50% deposit. Deposits can be paid by bank transfer or with credit card.

We love animals and are dog owners ourselves. Unfortunately we cannot accommodate other pets.

The visitor's tax of €5.00 per night, per person 15 years and older is not included in the rate.
